Who was E.G. Booz?
1840 EXPERIMENTAL INQUISITION Hearkening back to 1840, Edmund G. Booz embarked on mysterious journeys to find the best whiskeys for his customers. The legacy of E.G. Booz is so illustrious that his name is written today as lexicon of the English language. He sold his worldly whiskey curation on Walnut Street in Philadelphia, where he became famous for his log cabin shaped whiskey bottle, cultivated in collaboration with his neighbor on Walnut Street, Whitney Glassworks.

The Mark of Quality E.G. Booz dedicated his life to procuring and sharing the finest quality whiskeys during the 1800's. In 1897 the Bottled in Bond Act was passed to regulate and authenticate high quality whiskeys from impostors. This quality mark stands true today.
